It was established in 1900 AD to preserve and exhibit the rich natural history of Colorado. It is a Museum of Science and nature which is a found in Denver – It serves as a learning resource for visitors to learn more about the informal part of science. It attracts many visitors due to the many exhibitions and programs found there. It has a lot of learning experience for visitors to the site.

This museum has a wide collection of items, (above a million). The objects cover natural history, a good number of them are anthropological objects and also present are archival ones found in the library

Denver museum is a learning center with several education programs. These programs deal with the following six areas, that is anthropology, zoology, geology, paleontology, health science, as well as space science.
